In the first step, Aoqun selects an excellent double-pit K paper outer box, which is stronger than ordinary A paper.

In the second step, put the brush strips with adhesive back. If there are gaps, the filler will be placed to prevent the brush from shaking during transportation.

The third step is to seal the gaps around the carton with carton sealant and fix the outer box firmly.

The fourth step is to seal the box strap to strengthen the resistance of the outer box.

In the fifth step, if the brush strips with adhesive back customized by the customer are long and thin, and a wooden stick is added to prevent the brush from bending, operate according to different conditions or use wooden boxes to protect the brush needs.
